I’m Jo-Anne Kelleher — Sport & High-Performance Psychologist, ADHD Expert, and founder of Key Aspirations Success Ltd.
I help high achievers in sport, business, and education overcome fear, anxiety, and mental blocks so they can perform at their best consistently without burning out, overthinking, or losing their confidence when the pressure hits.

I was the girl who was told her English wasn’t good enough to study psychology... so I became a lifeguard instead. For years, I thought success was something that happened to other people.
But deep down, I knew I was capable of more. I just didn’t know how to get out of my own way. It wasn’t until I discovered how the brain really works and later realised I’d been living with undiagnosed ADHD , that was when everything changed.
Now, I help others do the same: rewrite their story, break through fear and self-doubt, and finally perform with the confidence they’ve always had inside them.
My methods aren’t about generic motivation or fluffy “mindset hacks.”
